This role will be reporting directly to the Executive Chef.

Profile

• Culinary school background
• Experience in similar position
• Experience in famous Italian Restaurants (Michelin * preferred)
• Good exposure to fine dining, and with an excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Able to deliver a modern Italian cuisine
• Strong organizational skills with great eye for detail
• Ability to delegate responsibility, handle multiple tasks and show a high level of patience
• Creative and innovative
• Computer literate
• Results oriented, motivated, hard working
• Excellent working track record
• Strong training and coaching skills
• Able to motivate subordinates and others
• Good leadership skills and result oriented
• Strong communication with F&B service team
• Knows how to operate all kitchen equipment
• Experience with HACCP Standard
• Strong English both oral and written
• Flexible and able to work independently
• Well organized, hands-on
• Young, energetic
