Job Description

Financial Analyst – Memphis, TN

The Financial Analyst will have an active role in the monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting and projections.


  • Designs and develops standard productivity and revenue cycle reporting
  • Plays a key role in the preparation of annual operating budget
  • Performs complete analysis of various components of revenue cycle and identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Assists in the preparation of financial analysis of strategic initiatives
  • Provides ongoing support to physicians and administration
  • Develops, maintains and distributes ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 2 to 5 years related work experience
  • Related work experience in the healthcare industry, especially in a physician practice setting
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • General accounting knowledge
  • Understanding the importance company confidentiality.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
