| Job Description | Our client is a high-end 5* luxury boutique resort with +/- 50 units in Indonesia. Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but very remote location. This role will be overseeing Front Office, Guests Relation, HK, etc and will be reporting directly to Expat GM. Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only. Profile • 5* & leisure resort experience • Experience in the same position or similar role • Remote location experience will be a plus • Coming from rooms background • Positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude • Excellent communication skills • Strong leadership, tactical skills and result oriented • Energetic, hands-on and motivated • Solid decision making and problem solving skills, even when under pressure • Very approachable, outgoing with easy manner in dealing with guests and associates • Must be able to handle difficult situations with tact and high diplomacy • Great personality and positive attitude • Dynamic personality and creative mindset • Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player • Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury environment • Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts • Well presented, sociable and great entertaining • Creative thinker, independent, organized • Quality orientated • Excellent people skills and strong motivator • Guest focused and engaging, passionate about service • Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence • Flexible working hours Apply Your application should include a detailed CV briefly outlining your past work experience and achievements.
