Customer Service Inside Sales Representative-Memphis, TN

Memphis Company seeking customer service assistance to perform inside sales duties and assure that all customer’s needs are handled promptly in a courteous and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Builds and maintains positive relationships with key customers
• Answers incoming customer phone calls
• Takes customer inquiry material via phone, email and fax
• Provides accurate and prompt customer quotes
• Enters orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Assures that all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Performs other related work as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Degree required
• Associate degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience
• Some experience in the hydraulic industry
• Effective in completion of multi-faceted projects in conjunction with daily activities
• Ability to effectively interact with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, flexible
• Working knowledge of Company supported software
• Ability to self-manage with excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Ability to be decisive and support the Company’s priorities and objectives
• Results oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
