Job Description

ERP Project Manager Americas – Memphis, TN

Reporting directly to the IT ERP Program Manager, the ERP Project Manager Americas Is primarily responsible for managing implementation and optimization projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) in his/her assigned geographical scope.


  • Planning and driving execution of all phases of an end-to-end ERP implementation, including data preparation/cleaning
  • Providing expertise for business process re-engineering where necessary
  • Proposing and overseeing any change management related activities
  • Leading subsequent continuous improvement projects
  • Responsibility for other software applications might be assigned


  • Ensure Enterprise Applications (EA), no matter where they are developed or supported, are successfully implemented, and aligned globally (core model)
  • Provide EA project management leadership and guidance to all key stakeholders
  • Manage and liaise with external consultants/partners on an ongoing basis to ensure projects are staying on target
  • Project manage further improvements of BC / NAV
  • Maintain strong working relationships with (global) business process owners and department managers
  • Help deliver strategy and propose recommendations for EA improvements
  • Recommend and lead change management efforts for EA implementations and other assigned digitalization/transformation projects
  • Where applicable, coordinate local team members and/or key users
  • Perform other duties or responsibilities, as assigned


  • Sound ERP (BC / NAV) project management experience, PMI (or comparable) certification is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the Manufacturing/Supply chain modules of BC as well as Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Inventory is essential
  • Experience with BI tools preferably Power BI, Jet Report is a plus.
  • Knowledge of BC / NAV applications architecture.
  • Experience with CRM (MS CRM preferred) and Master Data Management
  • Proficiency in Jira, Teams, Sharepoint, Clicklearn, and Cloud best practices (Azure preferred) is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree required, business or information systems related preferred or equivalent work and industry experience
  • Minimum seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant experience required
  • This includes experience as a project manager in the integration, implementation, and deployment of BC / NAV solutions as well as practical experience in their configuration and administration
  • Excellent English language communication skills; able to comprehend and clearly communicate both verbally and in written formats
  • Knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus
