|Job Description||Our client is a very high end small luxury boutique hospital in Jakarta, hospital is still in pre-opening phase and will be opening Q1/Q2 2022.|
You will be overseeing the day to day hotel operation of this unique and very exclusive hospital and lead and mentor a team of passionate local staff who will deliver a truly memorable experience for their patients/guests.

Due to current restrictions, for Expats, our client prefers candidates who are currently based in Indonesia.
For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.
• Actively involved in ensuring excellent patient/guest experience
• Well presented, sociable, great entertaining and PR skills, will be “the face” of the hospital
• Hospitality managerial experience within a luxury lifestyle hotel brand
• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to patient needs and a great team player
• Able to deal effectively with patients/guests in a luxury environment
• A person full of drive who loves and can relay to and follow the vision of this unique company and project
• Must have extensive experience in Indonesia
• Passion for service excellence
• Creative thinker, independent, organized
• Quality orientated
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Excellent people skills and strong motivator
