Our client is seeking Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants to join their Human Resources team in a Paid Internship position.
  • Casual Position, working approximately 2 days per week
  • Role suited to a final year university student, studying Business or HR
  • Located in Richmond

We are recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National leading provider of transport, water, energy, mining, civil construction and land development infrastructure in New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific. This organisation is offering the right candidate a casual position during the University semester, with opportunities for additional work during semester breaks. In this role, you will assist the HR team and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group with a wide range of duties such as supporting National People Team, research, engaging with community and occasional special event assistance.

To be eligible to apply, you will:

  • Be available to work 2 days per week (working hours will be flexible around university commitments)
  • Be able to easily get to the office, in Richmond
  • Currently enrolled in final year of university in 2019 and studying Business, HR or similar

  • High level computer skills particularly MS Office and Excel
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and to deadlines
  • Good research skills
  • Ability to problem solve and be a self-starter
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Show dedication and a willingness to learn all aspects of the business
