About the Role
We are currently seeking applications from Indigenous candidates only for a Superintendent - Process Operations. Role will be based in Paraburdoo, WA which is 80kms from Tom Price.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Management of technical teams and/or occasionally an operational team.
  • Implement practices and procedures and follow-ups to develop safety culture.
  • Improve production to meet the commitments of 5-year plan while meeting customer requirements in terms of quantity, quality, and time.
  • Ensure production rate according to the requirements of site processes and constantly improves process with the benchmark as a target in terms of volume, efficiency, and energy consumption.
  • Lead the lean/management system activities within the team.
  • Meet the operation and maintenance budget while ensuring the reliability of production and the availability of equipment.
  • Responsible for capital expenditure and operational expenditure.

About you
Ideally you will have experience in engineering, high voltage electrical, maintenance or similar. Our client is open to fast tracking your career and developing you into the superintendent of process operations. You will have a positive attitude and a strong desire to develop your leadership and business skills.
