National Sales & Account Manager (Hunter) - Facilities Site Services

Sequence has been exclusively retained and is currently searching for a National Sales & Accounts Manager for one of the nation's most innovative players who is currently disrupting the construction site services marketplace.

Our client, an equity-backed pre-IPO organization with one of the nation's largest networks of construction site services offerings (dumpster, portable toilet/sanitation stations, storage, equipment, etc.), is seeking a key individual to serve Directly under the organization VP of Sales to solicit and maintain new B2B and enterprise level customers.

This is currently the niche industry's highest-profile position of its kind.

Beyond proven sales, account management, and client relationship abilities, experience would ideally include previous background in construction site services or related products/services offerings in a transferable industry domain. While this is a specialized industry, and knowledgebase is important, the organization has had success bringing in sales talent that was able to learn their niche business. That in mind, any candidate with the applicable skills and abilities will be considered.

We are specifically seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Manager with a hunter mentality to join the team and establish client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and developing new business opportunities within the portable construction equipment, storage, and portable toilet industry. Your primary focus will be building a robust client pipeline and achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and proactive sales strategies. While some research efforts are required, this role is significantly supported by a strong client development team that actively generates targeted leads and prospects through various channels. So, the role is focused on sales and development, freeing a capable sales professional from the tedious requirement of prospect identification.

What you would be doing:

  • Engaging in consultative selling to understand client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and negotiate contracts/pricing.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, tracking progress, and providing regular reports to management.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of service offerings (primarily via Zoom, Teams, and other virtual options).
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Continuously updating CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by the company.

Who You Are:

You are someone who knows how to close deals and isn't afraid to make that happen. You know how solution sell. Are capable of nurturing accounts. Can walk a client from the initial opportunity to provide services at limited locations or sites - eventually scaling that trail basis relationship to regional and then nationwide adoption.
