Job Description | Our client is an International Hotel Chain. This role will be handling multiple 5* properties and reporting directly to the Complex General Manager. These properties are still in pre-opening phase, and are scheduled to open in 2024. Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only. Profile • Degree in hospitality management or related field • Relevant experience in 5 star & city hotels • Minimum 3 year experience as Hotel Manager / Resident Manager or similar • The position requires someone who thinks “like an entrepreneur” • Thorough knowledge of hotel's operating policies & standards • Strong operational skills with front of the house background • Able to ensure the implementation of brand standards and to control on brand consistency & quality • Strong financial, leadership, and project management skills • Ability to think strategically • Sound delegation, negotiation and diplomacy skills • Excellent English oral and written communication skills • Excellent planning skills, target and detail oriented • Strong personality, fair but tough leader who generates respect • Strong technical and operational knowledge • Willingness to take ownership and be held accountable • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong cultural sensitivity • Strong influencing skills; persuasive, able to win support and engagement of others • Ability to creatively execute strategies and drive results • Strong in cost control, budgeting and P&L management • Computer literate • Dynamic, energetic, hands-on, motivated, innovative • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills, even when under pressure • Highly effective communication skills, including mentoring and coaching • Highly committed and results-oriented Apply Your application should include a detailed CV briefly outlining your past work experience and achievements.
