Human Resources Generalist/Manager – Memphis, TN

Our client is seeking a hands-on frontline Human Resource Generalist/Manager to join their dynamic team. This individual needs to be experienced in developing and implementing HR initiatives to drive the business strategy.

An ideal candidate would be an individual from a small to mid-size company that has a desire to wear many hats. Someone who has implemented policy and procedures. Someone who has driven the recruitment process. This candidate needs to want to be involved and be part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the Recruitment Process
• Bridging Management and Employee Relations
• Maintaining employee Benefit Programs
• Ensuring legal compliance including but not limited to FMLA, DOL, Wage & Hour, etc.
• Administering annual evaluations
• Reporting with recommendations for turnover and absenteeism
• Partnering with managers for coaching and disciplinary issues

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience OR Equivalent Experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Manufacturing
