Responsibilities: 1. Customer Communication: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. -Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Schedule appointments for quotes and installations as needed. Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or administration is a plus. - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and documentation. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment. - Prior experience in the construction or home improvement industry is preferred but not required. | ||
