Sr. Crystal Growth Engineer
Sr. Crystal Growth engineer will be responsible for growing of new and old crystalline materials from melt. Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic crystal growth equipment. Good understanding of relevant process controls Assist and support current production lines in crystal growth. Routine evaluation and analysis of existing process controls that affect crystal quality. Oversee the preventative maintenance of various furnaces and control equipment.
Drive starting material processing and analysis Periodic review and reporting to team and upper management.
Other tasks as needed to maintain a successful crystal growth department.
Requirements
B.S. in Engineering Sciences or higher Prefer 5 years of relevant crystal growth or chemical processing experience Hands-on experience in equipment operation.
High energy, self-motivated, positive attitude with strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with coworkers of different backgrounds at every level of the company.
Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and to handle multiple priorities
