Our corporate client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Weld Supervisor. The Weld Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the welding operations and ensuring that all welding work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Will supervise & coordinate the work of welders and welding operations
• Ensure that all welding work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Will Develop & implement welding procedures and techniques
• Will train and mentor new welders & operators
• Monitor and maintain welding equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
• Prepare reports and documentation as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Welding certification preferred
