Job Description
Client Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership:
    • Utilize early-stage startup and go-to-market (GTM) experience to drive the sales strategy and tactics for health IT products.
    • Develop and execute sales plans tailored to target health systems, focusing on key decision-makers such as CFOs, CIOs, and Chief Quality Officers.
    • Lead and guide the entire sales process, from sourcing potential leads to closing deals and upselling additional services.
  • Health System Expertise:
    • Leverage extensive experience in selling to health systems to effectively communicate the value of the products and overcome potential challenges.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in health systems and understand their pain points to position the technology as a valuable solution.
  • Product Demonstrations and Pricing:
    • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that clearly showcase how technology can save healthcare professional's valuable time.
    • Work closely with the team to determine optimal pricing strategies that align with market demand and deliver value to customers.
  • Sales Strategy and Expansion:
    • Strategize and execute sales efforts to drive deal closures effectively and efficiently.
    • Manage pilot programs to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of the products to potential customers.
  • Team Management:
    • Take the lead in managing the sales team and guide them toward achieving their sales targets and professional development.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of sales success in health IT, particularly in clinical workflows and selling to health systems.
  • Strong understanding of health system sales, including strategy and tactics, and experience engaging with CFOs, CIOs, and Chief Quality Officers.
  • Experience driving the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and upselling.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing pilot programs and using them to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies in the healthcare industry.
  • Hunger and determination to achieve ambitious sales goals and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Compensation $150k-$200k, Health Insurance
