Deloitte US is seeking for a Recruiting Coordinator
for its new office in Costa Rica. The US/Costa Rica (USCR) Recruiting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruiting process, working closely with the USCR Recruiting Manager, recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers for the USCR Office. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and world-class experience for all candidates and stakeholders involved in the recruitment process, from requisition management to onboarding.

The Team:
The Coordination team is an integral part of the Business Recruiting team within the Talent Acquisition organization. The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insights into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment services.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Job Requisition Management: Coordinate with USCR recruiting vendors to post job requisitions and ensure the USCR Careers Site is updated with accurate open positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Assist with onsite interview days, ensuring candidates are welcomed and escorted to the appropriate interview rooms.
  • Document Collection: Assist in collecting required forms/documents, including unofficial and official transcripts, offer approval documentation (IEFs, resumes, etc.), and generating offer letters.
  • Pre-Employment Checks: Conduct pre-employment checks and monitor successful onboarding completion in partnership with other Talent teams.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative responsibilities related to recruiting, such as managing client verification on potential candidates and submitting/tracking referral bonuses.
  • Application Review: Escalate application flags for review when necessary and notify recruiters of any concerns.
  • Data Management: Confirm and input hiring details, partnering with Business Recruiting and Talent Business Advisors/HR Managers for requisition-specific tasks.
  • Candidate Support: Act as a dependable resource for candidates and recruiters by using effective communication and follow-through.
  • New Hire Communications: Manage new hire communications post-offer acceptance and announcements to the practice.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience (administrative, coordination, and/or recruiting).
  • Experience with data tracking and/or online applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Outlook is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a large corporation.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Outstanding client service focus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with a detailed focus on quality results/deliverables.
  • Self-starter who works thoroughly to the logical end of a task.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
