Flexible Grid

The Bidder must submit a detailed resume for the proposed resource demonstrating that the minimum mandatory requirements are met (combination of education, professional certification/designation and/or work experience) for resource category 2.3 Senior Business Consultant, as described in TSPS Flexible Grid.

Copies of education certificates/diplomas must be provided as proof of education.

Note: As per the TSPS SA: Education Academic certification (degree, etc.) must be obtained through a recognized academic institution in the field of expertise. Points will only be awarded for the highest level of education achieved by the consultant.

MT.2

The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of 8 years of experience in a minimum of two (2) or more of the following topics related to materiel management:

• Supply Chain Management
• Reliability
• Quality Management
• Integrated Logistics Support
• Systems Engineering

• Name and description of client organization and relevant experience
• Timeframe (from-to dates month/year)
• Description of the roles and responsibilities for each task
• Detailed example(s) demonstrating the relevant experience
• References* (Name, phone number and email address) for each task

MT.3

The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of 5 years of experience conducting Project Management activities in a marine and/or naval environment.

The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of 5 years of experience developing policy instruments on topics related to materiel management.
