Quality Inspector

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Interpret engineering drawings for the purpose of completing required inspections.
  • Review the dimensions of in-process and final products.
  • Confirm abidance established quality standards and required customer specifications.
  • Possess an experience base that includes the usage of Spectrometers, X-rays, calipers & Gauges.
  • Troubleshoot quality issues.
  • Conduct process and/or product audits.
  • Identify and control the disposition of defective materials.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience 1-10 years in Inspection in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong computer skills (network, Microsoft Office).
  • Background utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) a plus.
