Responsibilities:
Take charge of exciting responsibilities that include:
- Crafting engineering design calculations and construction plans for residential, commercial, and roadway developments, covering site grading, stormwater, utility design, and detailed reports.
- Conducting code reviews, entitlements, and comprehensive due diligence research.
- Creating plans with finesse using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate brings:
- 7-15 years of Civil Engineering experience.
- Expertise with ICPR, WaterCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- A proven understanding of stormwater, utility design, and land development.
- Familiarity with the permitting process, codes, and criteria.
- A track record in preparing construction plans and reports.
- Preferred experience in Florida land development projects.
- A BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Preferred licensure as a Professional Engineer in Florida.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A team-oriented mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- A valid Florida Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Land development permitting expertise.
