Responsibilities As a Project Civil Engineer on the Land Development Team, you'll bring energy and expertise to the table. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating engineering design calculations and construction plans to support residential, commercial, and roadway developments, encompassing site grading, stormwater, utility design, and detailed reports.
- Conducting code reviews, entitlements, and comprehensive due diligence research.
- Utilizing your skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare plans that meet their high standards.
Qualifications We're looking for candidates with:
- 5-10 years of Civil Engineering experience.
- Proficiency in ICPR, WaterCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- A proven understanding of stormwater, utility design, and land development.
- Familiarity with the permitting process, codes, and criteria.
- Previous experience in preparing construction plans and reports.
- Preferred experience in Florida land development projects.
- A BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Preferred licensure as a Professional Engineer in Florida.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications Additionally, the ideal candidate should be:
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Holder of a valid Florida Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experienced in land development permitting.
