Graphic Designer

We’re currently seeking a Graphic Designer with some Packaging Experience for a 6-12 month contract onsite in Charlotte, NC with a Fortune 500 company.

Role:

• Designer meets daily with manager and global design team to understand priorities
• Designer receives new assignments through a creative brief and collaborates with content editor to develop new packaging design “templates”.
• Designer will work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Designer receives change requests via Workfront proofing tool and makes updates until the project has been approved by all stakeholders
• Designer finalizes packaging templates as approved and makes sure they are built for production team to build all project SKUs.
• Designer may also have projects to create icons, infographics, presentation decks.
• Designer may also attend store walks to review existing packaging in person with cross functional team to collaborate on opportunities for improvement.
• Daily collaboration with Design Manager, peer designers, content editors and project managers

Desired Skills:

1. Packaging design experience 5+ yrs
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator is required
3. Experience working with global team
