Fulfillment Operations Manager - eCommerce

Location: Greater Orlando Area (Onsite)

As the eCommerce Fulfillment Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately, especially during peak seasons. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Assistant Managers and seasonal staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end eCommerce order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock quantities to meet customer needs, perform cycle counts, and uphold precise inventory documentation for seamless operations.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance fulfillment processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance protocols across the order fulfillment workflow, verifying that products adhere to internal quality benchmarks.
  • Safety and Compliance: Foster a culture of workplace safety by rigorously following established safety procedures and upholding adherence to organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service, to align fulfillment activities with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment or warehouse management, with a proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with Deposco is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, particularly during peak seasons requiring extended hours.
