About the Opportunity:

We’re seeking experienced, full-time Virtual Recruiters who thrive in a commission-only environment. If you’re a driven, entrepreneurial recruiter looking to maximize your earning potential, this role offers uncapped commissions (50% share) and the tools to succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in recruiting.
• Mindset: Confident, self-motivated professionals who excel in sourcing talent and building relationships.
• Skills: Effective at sourcing candidates (80% of the role) and securing client mandates. Bilingual (French/English) recruiters are highly desirable.
• Tools: High-speed internet, computer, printer, and cell phone with data.
