Will Design Electrical & electronic products and systems according to parameters required by customers in the aerospace industry. Often will work with customers and their requirements to develop the parameters and performance requirements various types of electro-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods to ensure that customer specifications and safety requirements are met.
• Develops electrical products that electronic in nature by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; soliciting observations from operators.
• Assures system and product quality by testing finished product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
• Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
• Completes projects by training and guiding technicians who train customer in the use of their new equipment.
• Works with customers and sales engineers to handle technical aspects of sales.
