Part Time Casual Dishwasher Needed

Our Mississauga based client is looking for a part time casual dishwasher to join their team!

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring all items are stored properly after cleaning.
• Help maintain cleanliness in other areas of the kitchen, including countertops and floors.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Dispose of waste properly and assist in recycling efforts when applicable.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as necessary.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay rate: $18.00 / hour
