Our client, a reputable civil engineering and surveying firm, is seeking a Director of Land Surveying to lead and expand their surveying operations across multiple New Jersey locations. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management: Oversee a team of 12 staff members, including three single-person field crews and office personnel.

Project Oversight: Manage boundary and topographic surveys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Business Development: Prepare proposals, define scopes of work, and engage in marketing efforts to attract new clients.

Financial Management: Handle billing, collections, and monitor project budgets to ensure profitability.

Client Engagement: Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships with civil engineering firms, architects, and direct clients.

Qualifications

Licensure: Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
