Construction Project Manager - Modular/Manufactured Home Installation and Construction
Sequence has been retained and is currently seeking capable Project Manager to oversee installation and setup of manufactured and modular/mobile homes throughout Florida. Our clients, one of the most notable players in the space is looking for a dedicated and organized professional to manage numerous ongoing installation efforts in a wide variety of communities.
Work includes oversight of permitting, logistics, installation and setup of homes. Essentially, cradle to grave efforts from initial site visit to final client signoff. The position is primarily management, so while there will be oversight of hands-on efforts, this is not a bags on role.
This position is structured to be based in the greater Indianapolis area, but the right professional could be theoretically be located in a home office anywhere within the region with regular visits to regional offices. It is a traveling role throughout the state.
Our client, established in the space as one of the leading players and is expanding operations throughout the south eastern United States. This role reports directly to the regional construction manager, but is primarily an independent and has limited direct oversight. So, for the right individual this is a chance to manage your own time and efforts; key is simply insuring work is completed and projects executed on time and within budget.
