Civil Engineer - Transportation
Our client's Seattle, Washington Office has a full-time opportunity for a Civil Engineer. The successful candidate will be a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Washington with experience in preparing construction documents for public or private infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include engineering design and plan preparation of roadway, water, sewer, paving, grading, utility and drainage plans. The individual must be capable of and responsible for delivering a quality product in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as Civil Engineer in the development of design schematics, construction plans, specifications and estimates.
- Coordinate with EITs, designers and drafters.
- Review shop drawings, perform field observations, and facilitate the construction administration.
- Support project proposals, scopes, budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects.
- Complete projects within client specifications, budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate online meetings, preparation of meeting agendas, and distribution of meeting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
- Registered Professional Engineer in Washington
- 5 -10+ years of civil engineering design experience.
- Proficient in MicroStation, Geopak, OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interact with clients and multi-discipline team members.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
