Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Civil CAD Technician I in Houston, Texas!

Responsibilities:

• Perform AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting assignments for engineering construction plans and surveys under supervision.

• Create and revise construction plans and exhibits, ensuring they are neat, organized, and communicative.

• Utilize CAD standards and procedures, including layer management and sheet set manager.

• Prepare basic exhibits, manipulate alignments, pipe networks, and 3D surfaces.

• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Education

• Certification in a related field from an accredited institution required.

Practical Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a related field

• Basic drafting experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) required

• Exposure to AutoCAD and Civil 3D is preferred but not required.

• Experience with pipe networks is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
