Must have prior cold forming or cold heading experience.

🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Set up and run multi-stage cold forming machines and related equipment

• Monitor quality using measurement tools and make machine adjustments

• Complete daily production records and perform routine maintenance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety and precision standards

---

🕒 SHIFTS (ROTATING)

• Day / Afternoon / Night, rotating every 2 weeks

• 40 hours/week

• Must be available to rotate across all shifts

---

💵 PAY & BENEFITS

• $29.57/hour starting

• $31.21/hour after 240 days

• $32.85/hour after 480 days

• Shift premiums:

  • $1.15/hour (Afternoon)

  • $1.35/hour (Night)

Plus:

• 13 statutory vacation days/year

✅ WHAT YOU BRING

• Cold forming or cold heading experience is required

• Proficient with dimensional measurement tools and reading prints

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass math and mechanical testing

• Able to lift 40 lbs and work on your feet
