Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively engage with public safety organizations through extensive outreach efforts, securing meetings to assess their unique requirements and showcase customized solutions that drive results.
- Consultative Selling: Lead discovery conversations with a service-first mindset, uncovering client challenges and aligning them with innovative product capabilities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and prioritize a robust sales pipeline with diligent opportunity tracking and accurate forecasting to exceed performance targets.
- Solution Demonstration & Closing: Deliver compelling product presentations, handle objections, and guide decision-makers through to contract execution.
- Customer Onboarding: Oversee the seamless implementation of new clients, ensuring proper system setup and immediate engagement with the platform.
- Account Development: Strengthen relationships with existing clients, identify upsell opportunities, and expand account footprints by introducing complementary services.
- Market Feedback: Share insights from client interactions to inform strategic product development and market positioning efforts.
- Professional Development: Stay ahead of the curve through regular training and education on sales best practices and product innovations, with a focus on cutting-edge advancements in policing and data-driven insights.
- Travel Requirements: Attend quarterly in-person meetings with clients and prospects within the assigned region to build trust and gain deeper insights into agency needs.
