Our Client: A leading staffing agency based out of U.A.E are looking out for a Head of Sales to be based out of their Abu Dhabi office

Your Role: Looking for a dynamic individual with strong strategic ability for a leadership opportunity to manage the entire P&L . Manage and grow the team of Sales Executives. Bring new clients and retain and enhance the existing client base by exceeding client expectations, provide the best account management services: recruitment, delivery and operations support.

Must Have: Candidate must come with a good 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in the Contract Staffing, Recruitment or Managed services business. Commercially savvy with ability to understand numbers and manage an independent P&L. Arabic speaker highly preferred,
