Our Client: A leading FMCG company based in Oman.
Your Role: Essentially the key responsibilities of the trainer will include; taking informative and training sessions for the sales team within the organization by ensuring they have not only the technical knowledge to sell the product but also the soft skills required to make a successful pitch. Candidate would be responsble for building sales capability within the team via enrolment of sales training, improvement in merchandising plan, and easy usage of Sales IT systems. Also, should be highly strategic and analytical candidate who can drive plans for customer service optimization, Execution improvement and sales team skills development.
Must Have: Minimum 3 to 4 years of expirence in the FMCG industry who have delivered multiple training programs to the sales team. Only Arabic speakers would be considered.
