Our client: Our client, a well-renowned conglomerate in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a General Manager for their catering division. This would entail delivering revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing solutions.
Your role: A track record of delivering pragmatic solutions that have delivered revenue growth will be the mantra for the role. Leading the strategic direction, management, and top-line & Bottom-line revenues for multiple channels in the catering industry. You should have managed large teams Responsible for working directly with the franchisors, Operations, principals & multiple stakeholders in creating a clear and credible vision for the various channels. Understands market mix and aligns human resources, structures, and systems to achieve strategic goals and maximize revenues. Works tactically with all the department heads to ensure a strategically symbiotic relationship between the disciplines. Lead on franchisor relations, contract negotiations, etc.
Must have: Bachelor’s Degree, Arabic speaking skills, excellent communication skills, and regional exposure is a MUST. 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced catering environment, Exceptional communication, leadership, motivational and team-building skills. Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
