Our Client: A leading FMCG company with business operation in Iraq is looking to hire a National Sales Manager.
Your Role: Reporting to the GM, this role would be responsible for planning and implementing strategies of sales, short and long-term product development programs and also develop route-to-market strategies. Oversee the daily operations of sales and ensure that processes are implemented as designed. Lead sales growth strategies and manage execution excellence in order to achieve target growth. Manage the team activities and evaluate their performance. Direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Sales and Marketing activity in order to fulfill while delivering quality and cost-effective services. You would carry the P&L responsibility for the channel.
Must Have: The incredible candidate will be a result-oriented individual, who will be an effective leader and professional representative of the firm. You would be an energetic and confident, strategic, analytical, creative, flexible, hands-on, good problem solver, team player and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment. 10+ years of Sales experience in handling all channels and trade marketing experience is a plus. Must have exposure in distribution and channel management. Good command in English and Arabic is a must.
