Our client: A leading provider of medication products in the UAE is looking to hire an HR Manager.
Your Role: The role would be responsible for driving and delivering the people strategies, manage the full spectrum of HR functions and services such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, digitalization, and onboarding. Responsible for mass hire and conduct talent assessment, design case studies for new hires and for promotions. Support company objectives, ensuring corporate policies are within parameters of statutory obligations.
Must Haves: Bachelors degree in related a field, preferably CIPD and or with other HR certification. Strong leadership skills, assertive, excellent communication and negotiation skills. Flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment. Experience in managing mass hiring and conducts talent assessments. A certified assessor would be a big plus. Willing to travel once a week or as per job requirements. Excellent communication in English and Arabic is a must.
