Our Client: A regional conglomerate in the FMCG industry is looking for a Learning & Development Director to join their team.
Your role: Provide a consultative role in terms of people capability between teams. Ensure compliance and standards are adhered to regards human resources from a best practice perspective. Provide guidance and support to Human Resources and Training Managers. Support, mentor and coach HR and training managers on strategic training initiatives. Ensure HR strategic initiatives are effectively implemented. Build relationships with business owners, leadership. Conduct HR Audits, provide coaching and support. Conduct trainer observations,management moderations. Strategic business partnering and Talent management.
Must Have: Minimum 7+ years’ experience with the exposure in FMCG Companies and will bring a proven track record in a strategic learning and development role, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence change at all levels. We need a well-seasoned professional who can diagnose organization needs, recommend the appropriate mix and emphasis to improve organization effectiveness, and implement the agreed plan.
