Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) receiving inbound calls, you provide exceptional customer care to the public by supporting customers through various inspection requests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximize customer experience by managing inbound calls skillfully while demonstrating quality and efficiency
  • Process inspection requests
  • Process payments where necessary
  • Update permits (notifications), including shortages where necessary
  • Ensure confidentiality by protecting personal information
  • Collaborate with your team and other departments to ensure efficiency and customer experience
  • Achieve or exceed KPIs related to quality, efficiency and adherence

Who Are You?

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer call centre experience
  • Previous experience working with SAP and Pay metrics is an asset
  • Experience with completing payment transactions
  • Ability to strategically assess and solve customer requests
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
