Senior Construction Manager

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Stoneham, MA area for a local individual with 10+ years’ experience as a Construction Manager with a background in Design/Build Construction on small to mid- size Industrial and Commercial projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 10+ years of Construction Management experience on small to mid-sized Industrial and Commercial projects ranging from $100k to $5 Mil.

• Background in full service, design/build Construction including ground up projects is a MUST

• Experience with Construction Administration, Project Tracking, Labor/Material cost evaluation, documentation, inspections, purchasing, and negotiations is a MUST

• Experience supervising and coordinating schedules, performance and working with Owners and Sub-Contractors is a MUST

• Knowledge of state building codes and the ability to review design solutions for compliance is a MUST

• Experience with Microsoft Project is HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational School in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is HIGHLY PREFERRED
