An outstanding, full-time position has become available in the Santa Monica, CA area for a local individual with 2+ years’ experience as a Bookkeeper with a background working for an accounting department or CPA firm. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, PTO, and other outstanding perks.

All candidates should have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

  • Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have at least 2 years of Bookkeeping or Accounting experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Tax Software is a MUST
  • Experience with Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations is a MUST
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field is PREFERRED
  • Experience with Processing Payroll, filing Payroll Tax Deposits, Quarterly Payroll Tax Returns, Year-End Tax Forms, Sales Tax Forms, and 1099 Forms is a PLUS
  • Previous experience with a CPA firm is a BIG PLUS
