Who They’re Looking For:

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum five years of experience in civil/municipal engineering/consulting.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Pennsylvania or on track to obtain licensure.
  • Strong technical background with proven experience in leading projects.
  • Knowledge of the south-central Pennsylvania municipal and/or land development market
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or GIS would be advantageous.

This Role Includes:

  • Engaging with clients to address planning and infrastructure needs.
  • Overseeing various projects including streets, traffic, bridges, stormwater management, parks, and more.
  • Ensuring compliance with municipal planning documents and ordinances.
  • Managing multiple clients, project budgets, and a team of professionals.
  • Maintaining active presence and leadership in professional societies.
