Supervising Immigration Attorney

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Sherman Oaks, CA area for a local individual with 8+ years’ experience as an Immigration Attorney with a background in Employment/Business cases. This position would supervise active immigration cases and review for accuracy and compliance, earning a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical, dental, 401K w/ matching, Profit Sharing, a Pension program, parking, PTO and other outstanding perks!

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• 8+ years of Immigration Law experience with heavy Employment/Business cases as well as some Family immigration cases is a MUST

• Experience with specific case types: E2, EB-1A, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, O-1, National Interest Waiver cases, Labor Certifications, etc. is a MUST

• Demonstrated experience serving as quality control providing Active Case List oversight, communicating directly with clients and paralegals, answering questions, and performing pre-file review is a MUST

• Experience using case management software INS Zoom is a PLUS

• Bilingual in English and Russian is a PLUS

• Juris Doctor Degree with Active California Bar Admission in good standing is a MUST
