We are working with an Ohio-based client to identify a Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Drive tactical team-level improvement as part of the scrum process, applying principles and practices from agile and lean
• Select tool, framework, and methodologies for team-level activities, within established guidelines
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
• Adhere to high-quality development principles/scrum principles while delivering solutions/Sprint work on-time and on-budget.
• Establish delivery processes for the preparation of reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
• Identify and encourage areas of growth and improvement within the team

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience on an Agile Scrum development team
• Able to perform the complete system life cycle using the Agile Scrum Methodology phases from project initiation, analysis and requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation
• Hands-on experience with the full-cycle software development process
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
