Under the direction of the VP of Human Capital, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter has primary responsibility for all recruiting activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening and interviewing qualified professionals to offer stage for our Clients Financial Projects Consulting Practice. Ideal candidate will have experience hiring Big 4, professional services or retained candidates within the Accounting and Finance space. Partners with MD and Client Services Directors in all project staffing including determining consultant matches for open client engagements. Bachelor Degree with minimum of 5 years in recruiting accounting and finance professionals. Expertise with Salesforce and applicant tracing systems.
