Outside Sales Representatives

As a new software leader in the Payroll and HR Solutions our client specializes in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Human Resource applications empowering employers and employees to manage time and attendance, benefits administration, HR management, and payroll. Quickly expanding into new markets nationwide, our client offers an ideal ramp for entry to mid-level sales professionals and an excellent path for career advancement.

Sales Representative Job Description:

• Bachelors degree is a Must
• Clean driving record (no suspended/revoked license)
• Ability to schedule appointments via telephone and in person
• Ability to run face to face meetings with potential clients
• Ability to prospect new business via referral sources and cold calling

Sales Position Benefits:

• $50,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission structure on tiers of 10, 15 and 20% (Average first year income $65,000 to $95,000)
