Job Description:

Account Executives are responsible for managing all aspects of the personal property & casualty large middle accounts with high net worth individuals. This involves: driving new business initiatives, maintaining existing customer relationships, developing new relationships and meeting both production and retention goals as set forth by management each year.

Responsibilities:

  • Service and manage assigned book of business which includes small to midsize personal accounts.
  • Responsible for retention of assigned accounts by maintaining contact with the clients, involvement in marketing decisions and renewal process and ensuring all client requests are addressed.
  • Proficient in coverage analysis and coverage review (carrier /client /vendor).
  • Proficient in Claims Reporting – including loss prevention onsite inspection, establish relationships with claim insurance adjusters regarding the life cycle of each claim.
  • Create and prepare new business/renewal submissions and proposals.
  • Present proposal to clients and producers to assist in retaining and closing new business.
  • Assist in service requests from the Sr. Account Executive or other servicing team members.
  • Prepare applications, specifications for new business as well as the renewals of assigned clients.
