Global Accounts - Employee Benefits Account Manager

This Global Accounts - Account Manager in the employee benefits department will be responsible for the day to day delivery of high quality insurance customer service to highly sophisticated global clients in the 2-500 employee segment. The successful candidate will be very bright, polished and have high level communications skills.

Background Required: (‘like to haves’)

· Demonstrated success managing a book of employee benefits clients

· Experience with accounts 50 - 500 employee lives

· Negotiations experience with Carriers

· Licensed in L&H

· Organized and able to multi-task

· Excellent customer relation skills

· Must enjoy working with foreign firms and individuals

· Collaborative

· No management experience required

Duties:

· Service, Support, and account management of small to mid-market group benefits accounts

· Consult and interact with customers on renewals

· Work with current clients handling inquiries, policy changes, etc

· Work alongside sales producers

· Driving new business through renewals
