This position will be focused on creating and uncovering opportunities for our cllient’s services/offerings with both new and existing clients and managing the growth of these relationships. Duties for this role will include strategic account management, proactively integrating with the customer’s business to uncover and create new opportunities, defining targeted sales plans, determining needs that are strategic and consultative for our clients’ positive future performance. This sales executive will work closely with key service delivery and line of service leadership and provide a framework that opens up more opportunities and measures progress to attain those opportunities. This is a consultative and complex solutions sales environment engaging and selling to multiple levels and functions, and delivering the company’s entire portfolio of solutions and services. The services offerings include contingent staffing, both fulltime and consulting, and professional services.

Job Specifics:


Selling Professional Services in the areas of digital transformation, mobility, big data, BI, cloud, analytics and custom app development.

Managing existing contracts for Professional Services in the range of $5-7m.

You will be responsible for the P&L in your area.

Writing proposals in response to RFP/RFI's or proactively in response to a clients need

Drive productivity and revenue by meeting and exceeding personal/company goals

Prospect for new business opportunities via warm/cold calling, client facing meetings, social networking, attendance at industry events

Communicating with senior management relative to sales expectations, strategy and performance growth.

Collaborating with service delivery and line of service leadership to build opportunities.

Lead enterprise sales within defined geographic regions and/or vertically assigned industries, including developing exceptional enterprise sales strategies tailored for your client segments and building the sales teams necessary to execute those strategies.

Set aggressive sales goals and take full ownership over leading the team to meet those goals.







The Ideal Candidate:  


5+ years of proven success leading professional services sales, with relationships ranging from director-level to C-level contacts.

Successful and recent experience leading staffing and/or project sales at companies like Accenture, Slalom Consulting, IBM, Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, etc.

You must know how to navigate a large organization to assess which accounts/projects are in need of our specific resources. You must also be able to identify the budgets of those accounts/projects.

Extensive experience getting onto preferred vendors lists and negotiating complex MSAs.

You must be highly driven by the prospect of growing an innovative, world-changing business with us.

You must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
