Sell software, services, and training into large CPG accounts within the Midwest. Generate sales through personal contact, prospecting, business case justification, demonstrations, phone calls and written proposals. Perform complete sales cycle activities from lead identification through contract negotiation, account transition to services, ongoing support and follow on sales.  In addition, you must maintain relationships with existing customers within assigned accounts or territory.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Close sales in assigned accounts or territory.  Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives

Identify new prospects and business opportunities. Conceive and implement territory-based lead generation activities

Activities may include account meetings, product demonstrations, industry meetings, prospecting, cold-calling and account research

Accurately forecast software, professional services opportunities quarterly

Prepare and present Territory Plans, Account Plans and Opportunity Reviews

Must analyze and understand customer insights and market trends; adapt, communicate and evolve strategies based on these changes 


Minimum of 8 years’ experience selling enterprise software solutions to large corporations

Must have experience selling software into companies in the CPG industry

Experience selling to C-level executives

Proven success of quota over-attainment during the past several years

Proven success in previous sales experience demonstrated by W-2 income greater than $175K for each of the past three years. Copy of W-2 may be requested
