This position is a full-time role reporting to the President of Sales & Marketing primarily managing the day to day marketing activities of the organization in alignment with the long term marketing strategy of the company.

Job Specifics:

Tasks include the management and coordination of the client “Thought Leadership” campaign, content development, special event support, agency management and support of sales funnel

Executing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives – client focuses heavily on Thought Leadership

Responsible for brand integrity across all customer touch points

Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department

Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans including print, digital, and video.

Distribute marketing materials within company with emphasis on sales communication

Management of marketing/promotional campaigns planning & coordinating with sales activities through implementation

Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results

Develop and execute strategic event strategy

Responsible for client Marketing Calendar

Developing target market segmentation

Maintain and monitor effectiveness of internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new services launches

Overseeing the company’s marketing budget

The Ideal Candidate:


Minimum 4 years’ experience in corporate marketing including account management and/or sales exposure with CRM

Individual should have experience identifying and targeting customer needs

Strong project management skills

Be a self-motivated, Strategic/creative thinker, A team player

Individual must be competent with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and WordPress

Supply chain industry is ideal
